I found the breakfast quite generous. It had many options! the room had a spacious bathroom. I liked this. the hotel is near central tourist spots. That's really useful.
The air conditioning cannot be controlled from the room. The reception staff controls it.

the hotel is located near many restaurants. duomo is a ten-minute walk. the location is great. i received a dessert in my room for my birthday, it was a nice surprise.
the lighting was terrible. the bulbs were old and barely provided any light. some light switches were odd and didn't even work. key cards for the door worked about 70% of the time. i had to jiggle them to work.
